The private sale is divided into three phases, and the cost per token varies based on how early you join!
If the total amount raised is below 400 ETH, all users will receive a refund equivalent to the exact sum they initially invested.

1st Phase - Raised Amount (0 ETH - 150 ETH)
Number of Available Tokens: 4,800,000
Price of $SERA: 0.000028 ETH
Vesting: 25% TGE and 18.75% Monthly
Example: If you invest 1.4 ETH in this 1st Phase, you will get EXACTLY 50000 SERA tokens.
2nd Phase - Raised Amount (150 ETH - 250 ETH)
Number of Available Tokens: 4,800,000
Price of $SERA: 0.000032 ETH
Vesting: 30% TGE & 23.33% Monthly
Example: If you invest 1.4 ETH in this 2nd Phase, you will get EXACTLY 43750 SERA tokens.
3rd Phase - Raised Amount (250 ETH - 400 ETH)

Vesting: 35% TGE and 32.5% Monthly

Visit our private sale pool at https://syncera.io/private-sale
Connect your wallet.
Click on the PARTICIPATE (ALL USERS) tab under the name of the pool "$SERA Private".
After clicking on the tab, it will show a sale form.
Simply fill in the amount of ETH you would like to invest (max ETH is 10, min is 0.001 ETH).
Confirm the transaction by following the prompt with your wallet.
You should now see your investment amount. If it doesn't, don't panic. Our records are regularly updated to reflect the accurate amount, typically every few days.
The presale will continue until all phases are finished. Act quickly to purchase Syncera during the initial phase at the most affordable price.

Do I need to send my total allocation in one transaction?
You can buy multiple times as long as the round is open and your max allocation of 10 ETH didn’t hit.
Once I've purchased $SERA, when will I get my tokens?
Once our epic private sale campaign wraps up, we'll move on to our public sale and get our tokens listed on big exchanges. That's when the magic happens! Your tokens will be automatically delivered to your wallet—no extra steps required! To stay in the loop, make sure to follow us on social media. We'll be dropping regular updates and exciting announcements you won't want to miss!
Just bought $SERA, but can't see my token amount on the private sale page?
Your purchase details, including your zkSync wallet, are saved in our database. Yet, the website may not instantly show the change. But fear not! We regularly update the records, reflecting the accurate amount on the website every few days.
How long will the private sale last?
The private sale is in full swing and will continue until all three phases are successfully completed. After that, our sights are set on the exciting launch of $SERA! When will I receive my airdrop?
Get ready for a surprise! As part of our ambassador campaign, a SERA airdrop will be delivered to you immediately during the first week of launch. Before the public sale date, which we will announce right after our private sale, we’ll take a snapshot of our Zealy leaderboard to determine who gets the airdrop. So, get your game on and continue to climb the ranks!
Do I need to pass KYC for the whitelisting or airdrop?
No KYC is required for both our private sale and the airdrop.
