Governance
By means of community governance, decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) address the issue of conflicting decisions within a core team. We believe that a project can attain true success when the team and community are in agreement with a particular decision. Our aim is to enable our community to conduct the final level of scrutiny as we transition towards a completely decentralized application. This will be achieved by allowing the community to vote on whether or not to launch projects on Syncera.
The initial stage of the governance process will be a combination of centralized solution and blockchain voting. A centralized application will be provided for users to sign in with their wallets and cast their votes. The weight of a user's vote will depend on the number of xSERA tokens held by the user at the time of voting.
The motive behind launching a partially decentralized solution initially is to garner community involvement as soon as feasible. So, in order to launch any future project, it will be required to pass the DAO vote. If the community decides that a particular project should not be launched, it will not proceed.
Proposal voting, on the other hand, can be applied to any decision concerning Syncera's operations, including insurance, staking, launchpad, marketing, etc.
